May I be the first to try it?

Once the French get a hold of this little critter (sounds like a toupe) you know how expensive it is gonna be???
I bet more than a bushel of truffles.
Sounds utterly delectable!!

Blond, Hairy Lobster-Like Creature Found
PARIS-March 8, 2006 - A team of American-led divers has discovered a new crustacean in the South Pacific that resembles a lobster and is covered with what looks like silky, blond fur.
Scientists said the animal,, which they named Kiwa hirsute, was so distinct from other species that they created a new family and genus for it.
According to the French Institute for Sea Exploration, the divers found the animal in waters 75-hundred feet deep at a site 900 miles south of Easter Island last year.
The new crustacean is described in the journal of the National Museum of Natural History in Paris. The animal is white and just shy of six inches long. It is also blind.
