Is the term "buffet" to help oneself....over and over again!
Call me crazy but most people like a buffet so they can try many things and waste many things. This is precisely what Americans do. We waste. Get used to it or get out!!

Once I went eat at an all you can eat sushi place. A nice place in philly and sushi, especially all you can eat was a new gimmick. Well, little did I know, you would be charged for any sushi you didn't eat. Well good thing I carried a large purse that night. I'll never forget it. It was summer, I had a large straw purse and at the end of the night it was filled with sushi. Sushi is expensive so all you can eat for $25 might not be smart on a business. I ate a ton but wasn't about to eat those cones with seaweed on the outside. So I wasn't paying!
